PowerTrak
PowerTrak is an annual performance measurement
and customer satisfaction survey especially designed
for energy suppliers and line companies. PowerTrak
monitors key aspects of energy supply and consumption.
The service has standardised modules which clients can
chose from. PowerTrak modules include:

- Supply satisfaction

- Responsiveness to service needs

The PowerTrak survey is conducted by telephone
with sample drawn from client supplied lists. In order
to make comparisons between the different types of users,
the sample is usually spread as follows: Households
33%, Commercial 17%, Industrial 17%, Agricultural 33%.
