PowerTrak

PowerTrak™ is an annual performance measurement and customer satisfaction survey especially designed for energy suppliers and line companies. PowerTrak™ monitors key aspects of energy supply and consumption. The service has standardised modules which clients can chose from. PowerTrak™ modules include:

The PowerTrak™ survey is conducted by telephone with sample drawn from client supplied lists. In order to make comparisons between the different types of users, the sample is usually spread as follows: Households 33%, Commercial 17%, Industrial 17%, Agricultural 33%.
