BrandTrak
NRB’s BrandTrak is designed for companies who
wish to keep a close eye on how their brands are being
perceived and received by consumers. The tracking is
continuous with reporting typically monthly or quarterly.
BrandTrak is used to:
- Monitor brand and product category
usage
- Measure attitudinal as well as
behavioural loyalty
- Track the image of a brand versus
its competitors
- Observe any change to brand associations
and perceptions
- Monitor awareness and consideration
levels
- Determine the effects of marketing/promotional
activity

Some degree of customisation can occur with BrandTrak.
For instance, supplementary questions relating to a
specific advertising campaign can be added to a number
of BrandTrak waves for direct comparison purposes.
